INVEST Fair 2026 Returns Bigger, Uniting Investing and Finance Education

KUALA LUMPUR, July 2 — The INVEST Fair returns to Malaysia this month in its largest edition yet, expanding to three exhibition halls at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC) as organisers report a surge in public appetite for financial education.

ShareInvestor Malaysia Sdn Bhd, the independent platform behind the event, expects approximately 20,000 visitors across 18-19 July. The fair has grown to occupy Halls 1, 2 and 3 at MVEC, reflecting what early findings suggest is a sustained increase in retail investor interest across the country.

Dato’ Fad’l Mohamed, CEO of Bursa Malaysia, returns as Guest-of-Honour for the 2026 edition.

The two-day event is held under the theme “Money. Finance. Technology.” Organisers have lined up more than 100 industry speakers and over 40 exhibiting organisations, with more than 70 hours of talks and panel discussions scheduled.

The programme covers equities, exchange-traded funds, REITs, bonds and sukuk. Emerging segments also feature prominently, including sustainability investing, AI-related innovation, and green finance instruments. The encouraging part for attendees is the breadth of topics — from conventional instruments to newer, tech-driven areas.

A new dedicated segment, Duit Fest, makes its debut this year. It focuses on practical personal finance and everyday money habits, a response organisers say to growing demand for accessible, real-world financial guidance.

Participants will have opportunities to win prizes through various event activities and a lucky draw.

Patients should — or rather, visitors should — talk to the experts on site before making any investment decisions. The fair is designed as an educational platform, not a sales pitch.

For those who cannot attend both days, the organisers have structured the schedule so that each day offers a complete set of sessions across different asset classes. The fair runs from morning to evening, with continuous programming in all three halls.

ShareInvestor Malaysia positions the event as Malaysia’s largest retail investment gathering. The return of the CEO of Bursa Malaysia as guest-of-honour signals the exchange’s continued support for retail investor education.

Anyone considering their first investment or looking to diversify should consult the experts at the fair. The organisers encourage visitors to take their time, attend the talks, and ask questions.

The event takes place 18-19 July at Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, Kuala Lumpur. Admission details have not been disclosed in the source material.
